This policy explains what information Saenztech LLC (“Saenztech”, “we”) collects through saenz-tech.com and how we use it.
What we collect
Contact details you give us (name, business name, email, phone and preferred language); your onboarding answers and the files you upload; messages you send through our contact form; and basic, anonymous visit statistics.
Why we collect it
To quote and deliver your project, contact you about it, send receipts and updates, and keep improving our site and services.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation of your payment and basic details like your name and email, but never your full card number.
Where your data is stored
We store order and onboarding data with service providers that help us run the business: Vercel (website hosting), Supabase (database and file storage), Resend (email delivery) and Stripe (payments). They process your data only to provide their services to us.
We don't sell your data
We never sell your information or share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep project data as long as we need it to deliver and support your project and to meet legal and tax obligations.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete your data, contact us and we'll take care of it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
